In addition to the great carnival rides and games provided by Golden Wheel Amusements, the Tanana Valley State Fair offers a variety of thrilling, challenging, and exciting attractions, games, and rides. Play bingo or try your luck with pull tabs. Test your NASCAR driving style with mini slotless cars or 4-wheel around a dirt track in a mini monster trucks. You probably can see your house from the top of the “ejection seat” or the climbing wall.
The following Concessionaires are scheduled to participate in the 2008 Tanana Valley State Fair as Attraction/Game/Ride vendors (subject to change):
Alaskan Ponies, Felix Pedro Way 99: pony rides and photos
Emerald Isle Pull Tabs, Felix Pedro Way 64, 66: pull tabs
Fairbanks Host Lions, Jusilla Road 640, 641, 642, 643, 644: bingo, pull tabs
Grizzly Grand Prix, Ferguson Field: mini-monster truck rides
Thrills Unlimited, Adventureland 1010: “ejection” seat
Token Fall/Bond Enterprises, Fireweed Plaza 267, 268, 269: coin drop game
Tons of Fun Entertainment, Felix Pedro Way 34, 36: 30 foot climbing wall
Xtreme Racing Entertainment, Felix Pedro Way 126, 128: slotless car racing
Individuals or Nonprofit groups interested in Attraction/Game/Ride space must submit a preliminary proposal that details the layout, ticket costs, power needs, and other details as necessary.
Costs for Attraction/Game/Ride spaces in 2008 are listed below:
10' X 20' space, outside only $650.00
Additional space 10' X 20' or portion thereof $530.00
Electrical charge $100.00
Differential cost for "Prime" space $325.00
Percentage: for large booths, daily percentage payments may be negotiated on an individual basis, usually 25% of gross sales.
Costs include space, access to electricity, 27 Daily admission tickets, space fee, and space insurance (some restriction apply).
